Quality Management Framework
 
AgreeYa has a well-defined Quality Management Framework that governs SUMMITTM. AgreeYa ensures that every employee of the organization goes through a rigorous quality awareness program.

The Quality Management Framework at AgreeYa follows the E-T-V-X (Entry-Tasks-Verification-Exit) paradigm. Each activity has entry criteria (E), tasks to be performed (T), verification to meet customer and quality objectives (V), and the exit criteria which indicate that the current activity is completed and the project can move to the next activity (X).

The framework enables a collaborative environment that allows the delivery, quality, and management teams to participate in the project activities and adhere to the quality processes.

Some of the key aspects of our Quality Management Framework include:
  • Discussing and documenting quality objectives, approach, and project objectives with the customer
  • Identifying service levels and escalation procedures at the onset of the project
  • Proactive quality management through active risk and issue management
